SPOTLIGHT ON EMPLOYEES:
Ike Eisenhauer is one of the Cadet employees participating in the MDI2 (managing for daily improvements) training program. Ike has been with Cadet for 2 ½ years, and works as a Material Handler supporting the fan lines. What he likes most about working for Cadet is the friendly atmosphere and the attitudes of his co-workers. He has seen the transition of Cadet’s Lean enterprise efforts, go from “fighting” change, to adapting and striving for continuous improvements. When not at Cadet, Ike is busy with a household of six children, ranging from age 18 months to 13 years.
