SPOTLIGHT ON MANUFACTURING
Giving locally - With local jobs hit hard by the recession, our own neighborhood in Vancouver, Washington, had more families than ever who needed help during the Christmas holiday season.
For a number of years, Cadet has provided donations to families in need through Fruit Valley’s Family Resource Center. But this past December, all of our employees made an extra effort to help reach out to the many local families in need.
Cadet employees raised enough funds to provide gifts for seven families and 19 children. All employee donations were matched 100% by Cadet. Our employees shopped tirelessly for a truckload of clothing and toys, and spent an afternoon wrapping the many gifts.
Thank you for everyone’s generosity in making this a brighter Christmas for so many children.
