• Update Customer databases with accurate information and product changes/additions
  • Data input for item updates and item set up
  • Assist with customer set-up
  • Promotional input/set-up
  
• Retail Plan-o-gram strategy, implementation, and management
  
• Monitor Retail and online pricing on Cadet and competitive product lines; and provide recommendations and follow up to adjust as needed
  
• Monitor, track, and provide reports on quotes and leads
  
• Assist with report summaries such as: SEO metrics; click through rates; retail metrics
  
• Analyze marketing programs and adjust tactics to increase effectiveness
  
• Review customer online product specifications
  
• Track wholesale competitive pricing information gathered from field sales
  
• Helps establish and maintain consistent corporate brand image throughout product lines, promotional material, events, and communication
  
• Liaisons with Sales and Executive team to assist with preparation for customer presentations
  
• Provide support for pricing updates and implementation across all channels
  
• Ad hoc analysis as requested
  
• Project management to support marketing and/or sales related projects as requested

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree; two to five years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with supporting online product sales is strongly preferred.

Language Skills:
Ability to read, analysis and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and ability to be cooperative with customers inside and outside of company. Exceptional proofing skills are required.

Mathematical Skills:
Analytical skills, mathematical skills; ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and proportions. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills:
Must be proficient with all Microsoft office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
  
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
  
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
  
• Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments, if necessary during project cycle.
  
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
  
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
  
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
  
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
  
• Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
  
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
  
• Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
  
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

LEAN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Lean leaders are responsible for being knowledgeable about Lean manufacturing tools and processes, and should participate on Lean teams and activities.

It is their task to ensure that the people in their area of responsibility are educated and trained on Lean principles, and the ways to improve the company’s products, processes and profitability.

They are to constantly look to the future of the organization and identify and eliminate short and long – term inefficiencies that may occur.

Serves as a key member of cross-functional team in regards to VOC (Voice of Customer), DFMA, (poke-yoke, SWIS, elimination of waste…), and built-in quality and assists in company wide efforts that seek to minimize the complexity of a variety of processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
Engineer Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4-5 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution;
or five to ten years related experience and or training’ or equivalent combination of education and experience. Certification in Lean manufacturing and prior work experience in lean manufacturing plant preferred.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, REGISTRATIONS
PMP certification, Lean Certification, Six Sigma Green belt preferred

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITES
No direct supervisory. There will be opportunity to mentor and develop other staff.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management. Bi-lingual ability preferred. Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper
management, clients and other departments.

COMPUTER SKILLS
Advance skills in MS office, intermediate skills in PM schedule tools; MS Project

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
