The electric baseboard heater is the number one choice for low cost installation, and the quiet operation makes it the preferred heater for bedrooms. The electric baseboard heater uses convection to circulate air. By superior design and proper placement under a window area, the electric baseboard case causes air to flow naturally. The cold air falls from the window area as the warm air rises from the heater, causing the air to tumble gently throughout the room. Cadet recommends a wall-mounted thermostat for optimum performance, or you may prefer the convenience of an optional field mount thermostat kit.

Ordering Information:
Standard voltage is 240/208 unless otherwise indicated. All Cadet baseboard heaters require a thermostat. For optimum comfort use a Cadet electronic thermostat or a dual diaphragm thermostat. 8F2500 models are 312 watts per foot. Standard dual rated 240/208 volt models are 250 watts per foot at 240 volt, and low density 187 watts per foot at 208 volt.

Choose the Smart-Base™ electronic, programmable thermostat, designed specifically for Cadet “F” Series electric baseboards (208-240 volt only), for precise temperature control and increased energy savings. A single pole (BTF1) or double pole (BTF2) bimetal thermostat is also available to install into either end of the baseboard heater. To switch between the Cadet baseboard heater and a cooling unit, the LTF240 can be utilized. Inside corner connectors are available to fit various designs, such as corner window areas.
